I have started working with Razvan rather recently, and I must confess I was somewhat skeptical about his skills at the beginning. I was biased and I thought there was no way he could be as professional and dedicated as he wanted to appear. I was in for a huge surprise: what you see is what you get. Committed, dedicated, passionate, hard-working, eager to learn, great with the junior members of the team, wonderful communication skills, close to the client's needs...and I could go on for a while. In short, it has been a pleasure working with Razvan while we were both in EY.
Now that I have moved to the industry, Razvan is in the team of consultants working for us. And I am happy he is. He is giving us VIP client treatment, listening to our requests, adapting to them, amending the scope of work, being flexible in terms of timing... Hopefully, this project will go on with a part 2 and we'll be working together for another while.
Either way, both as an ex-colleague and as his current client, I think that Razvan is able to reach great standards in whatever professional area he wants. That's the feeling that I got from working with him, and it is a very rare quality, truly priceless in Advisory.
